Welcome to Madonna Wise Books!

Madonna Wise is a local Floridian who takes great pleasure in showcasing her books and writing as well as her work as a researcher, historian, and counselor.   She has published a series of historical anthologies about small Florida towns, her life growing up in rural Indiana, and most recently, a collection of stories from frontier families with Arcadia Publishing/History Press. Madonna also writes and publishes genres which include historical non-fiction and historical fiction.    As a retired educator, Madonna enjoys presenting workshops on history, writing, publishing, and counseling for various groups throughout Florida. In 2016, she did sixty workshops which included a sold-out event at the Tampa Bay History Center, a history fair for a community college, breakfast workshops at the area Chamber of Commerce, and presentations for fledgling writers and researchers!
